Online Privacy Statement for Cookie Bear Press, Inc.
The following information is being provided to describe how Cookie Bear Press, Inc (“Cookie Bear Press”) treats your personal information on this website and the “Record” feature in the “I Love You All the Time” application.
On our Website
We collect the information you provide in the “I’m Ready to Buy My Books” and/or “Contact Us” web forms linked to the “Buy Now” “Contact Us” buttons. We use this information to process your book order or answer your questions. This information may include your name, phone number, subject description, and any message you provide in the “Type your message here …” box. We retain data required for record-keeping purposes but do not share your personal information with third parties except to service your purchase request. We will never sell your personal information, including your name or email address, to a third party. You can use the form on the “Contact Us” page to ask us to remove your personal information from our records. We will delete your personal information, but we will need to retain certain information to document that we sold you a book or provided you with other products or services.
In our Interactive Book App
We also maintain an application for “I Love You All the Time.” This application does not collect or transmit personal data and does not integrate with other social media platforms. It may collect personal preferences on a user’s device, such as language preferences and text options. We also provide an optional “Record” feature in the application. This requires permission to access and record microphone audio from a user’s device, which allows the “Record” feature to function properly. Microphone access is gated through a permissions dialog behind the parental lock. We may allow the resulting audio files to be stored locally on the user’s device. For Android users, we recommend reading Google’s general documentation on permissions before utilizing this function.
