Elin Cole~
Cole, who co-founded Cookie Bear Press with twin sister Jessica Elin Hirschman, received both her B.A. and M.S.W. from Washington University in St. Louis where she worked prior to heading out for warmer climates in 1993. I Love You All The Time evolved from a word game Cole played with her niece, who lived 3,000 miles away. When the game grew into a book, Cole's nickname for her niece, Cookie Bear, seemed the perfect moniker for the new publishing company. Cole directs CBP’s national sales and marketing programs, served as a workshop coordinator for PMA University, and volunteers to judge the annual Georgia Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators contest. She lives in an Atlanta suburb with her three children, two cats, one husband, and lots of noise. |
